United Nations Selects Tripleplay Digital Signage Solution for critical COP21 Summit

Paris, France, 11/12/2015: Tripleplay’s TripleSign Digital Signage solution was selected as the communications medium of choice by the organisers of the United Nations COP21 climate change summit in Paris, France and installed by Tripleplay Authorised Partner, Imago ScanSource and FABRE Pascal Company.

 

More than 90,000 visitors attended the “Generation Climat” area of COP21 where 24 endpoints of Tripleplay digital signage were installed and used to inform the public, in real time, of conferences and events taking place.

 

The contract was awarded by the French Ministry’s AV contractor to FABRE Pascal Company who have specialised in broadcast solutions and IPTV, collaborating with APSYS and WIDIXO for over fifteen years.

 

Tripleplay supported FABRE Pascal Company in the implementation, and its digital signage solution was utilised for the duration of the conference which started on the 30th November and ran until the 11th December.

 

The COP21 summit also incorporate the Sustainable Innovation Forum, hosted at the Stade de France; another Tripleplay digital signage and IPTV solution site, which saw tens of thousands of delegates attend including leaders from over 190 nations.
