Uniguest announces enhancements to the browser-based UI of Reserva Connection Manager and further integration with the Tripleplay network for device management via a single interface.
London, UK, 27/10/2022. Uniguest announces the release of the latest version of its leading Reserva Room Booking platform, Reserva Connection Manager (RCM 4.1), with a new responsive and user-friendly browser-based UI, delivering enhanced flexibility and scalability for existing and new users.
Migration to a browser-based platform offers support for multiple concurrent users, removes the requirement to login to a specific server host and provides a clearer display of system and room sign faults for faster issue resolution. The new platform also offers more flexible grouping and tagging capabilities for ease of use.
Customers using a Tripleplay network can now also add Reserva room signage to their management server meaning a separate Windows Server is no longer required, saving on additional resources and management. Viewing Reserva alongside signage players and smart TVs in the TripleCare application means RCM administrators have a single pane of glass for all device monitoring.
Price Barnes, Uniguest VP of Product Management commented, “This new release continues our program of significant and long-term strategic investment in the Reserva platform and delivers the enhanced useability our customers have requested.
“We continue to integrate our solutions and the addition of Reserva Connection Manager to the TripleCare application creates a single interface that streamlines the management of network devices. With Reserva panels in stock and ready to ship, we look forward to existing and new customers being able to take advantage of our latest software.”
Reserva is available from the Tripleplay global partner network. For further information, contact your local Tripleplay representative or email to hello@tripleplay.tv.
