London, UK, 15/7/2015: Tripleplay Services is pleased to announce that, from hundreds of nominations around the world, it has been short-listed in two major categories in the 2015 AV Awards. Tripleplay has been short-listed in both Education Project of the Year and Entertainment Project of the Year categories, with winners set to be announced at a gala dinner in September.
In the Education Project of the Year category Tripleplay has been short-listed for its work at the Aston University Engineering Academy (AUEA) in Birmingham. AUEA is an educational institution that fully harnesses the possibilities of the Tripleplay platform, embracing the benefits of our digital signage solution whilst also implementing a flipped classroom model within the learning environment using Tripleplay’s educational streaming platform, TripleChoice. Our work at City Football has been short-listed in the Entertainment Project of the Year category, acknowledging the breadth and depth of the work we have done with our partners at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium, Etihad Campus, City Football HQ in London and at remote locations in the USA for New York City FC and Australia for Melbourne City FC, where we have now implemented well in excess of 1100 IPTV and Digital Signage end points.
