Tripleplay, part of the Uniguest Group, is looking to recruit a Technical Services Engineer to join our team in Barcelona to provide system deployment services and post deployment support to our client’s customers.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Assist customers with deploying the Tripleplay system and providing commissioning services.
- Assisting sales support by providing technical input into proposals and customer demonstrations.
- Supporting colleagues at trade shows.
Key Skills
To be considered for this superb opportunity, you must have knowledge of the following gained through your studies, commercial experience or similar:
- Good Linux experience, basic command line and log reading.
- Experience with web technologies, HTML, CSS, SCSS.
- Good networking experience with TCP/IP and basic switch configuration.
- Experience gained from working in a similar role.
- Shell scripting knowledge.
- Experience with Databases (SQL, MySQL or similar)
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making and a hands-on approach.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with good problem solving skills and a keen customer focus/.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
