New features:
Add a new theme editor. Existing subscribers use only limited options configured in the theme. A NTB release will ensure that all ad hoc theme options work.
Bug fixes:
Fixes traceback when adding a QR code.
Fixes issues with partial German translation in V2.0.3
Issues while publishing if a playlist item had been previously locked and then unlocked
Traceback during HTML page customisation
