Previously ad hoc overrides and schedules were not correctly linked to a channel.
Traceback related to channel publishing if an incorrect ad hoc item was present, now provides feedback on the items requiring fixing to allow publishing.
Channels with a custom publish uri and ad hoc channel settings were being incorrectly redirected.
Traceback happened when an Ad hoc Schedule override pointed to a Schedule Override playing an Ad Hoc Layout
Publish all on Firefox was not working correctly.
Fix for SSH vulnerabilities discovered from Nessus scan.
