ISE 2019 was Europe’s largest event for the AV industry, breaking attendee records, with people flying in from all over the world to witness what the show had to offer. Records were also broken in the Tripleplay camp with the team delivering more demonstrations to more delegates than ever before.
The RAI, in its penultimate hosting year, was buzzing with interested delegates catching the latest features and releases of familiar brands and discovering the new technology on offer. And, as always, Tripleplay was excited to be amongst it.
ISE was the perfect platform to show how feature rich and flexible the platform can be, and highlight how it can be utilised simply, in any organisation.
2018 was an incredible year for Tripleplay in terms of product development, seeing huge infrastructure changes to the platform, increasing numbers of supported end devices and more supported third-party integrations than ever before. 2019 was an opportunity to expand on this and highlight how Tripleplay is continuing to make a number of simple innovations to enhance client experience with ease-of-use at the forefront.
Allowing guests to stream apps, such as Netflix and YouTube, securely and easily from their personal devices with Tripleplay’s Xenia Interactive IPTV Portal is a game-changer in the hospitality market. It truly puts the power of video streaming into the guests’ hands and allows organisations the ability to offer a real home-from-home experience, without the need to download anything onto their personal devices.
The ability to stream four multicast streams to a single device: Tripleplay Multiview was one of the main attractions on the Tripleplay stand, which we demonstrated on a 65” screen, and as part of a five-screen video wall display. The ability to harness this technology on a software platform is revolutionary, reducing hardware costs at deployment significantly and a feature Tripleplay was very excited to share with the market.
Tripleplay has already set itself apart as a market leader for digital signage and IPTV delivery. So, this year’s ISE was about educating delegates about the simplicity of the CMS, showing that any user within any organisation can navigate the platform.
With a redesigned UI and enhancements to drag and drop features such as QuickDrop, 3Create Visual Editor Tools and one click triggers with our event engine and TripleClient TV control, we were able to walk delegates through an uncomplicated digital signage and IPTV journey.
Tripleplay in conversation
ISE is always more than the stand itself, it offers unparalleled networking and educational experiences for everyone that attends, and Tripleplay was invited to be part of the conversation by contributing in expert panel discussions, on-stand interviews and seminar presentations. We also hosted our own annual event for our partners and clients, an event which is becoming a Tripleplay tradition, and seeing many familiar faces from our global network attending and sharing their experiences with other like-minded enthusiasts is always a real joy and highlight for all the team.
Next year: Together we continue to innovate
ISE really becomes an event that occupies the minds of exhibitors the whole year round, and planning for next year is something that the Tripleplay team are already starting to discuss. As one of the biggest events in the industry, and the final year in the now familiar city of Amsterdam, it is important to make sure that as a business we continue to develop technology that is exciting and interesting for the market, staying ahead of the competition and delivering real value to existing and future clients.
Together, with our expanding network of clients and partners around the world, we are going to continue to innovate, and come back in 12 months with a product that we continue to be immensely proud of.
