Cardiff Met Fitness uses Tripleplay Digital Signage on their HydraChill Water Refilling Stations

London, UK, 18/4/2017: Leading developer of Digital Signage, IPTV and Video Streaming solutions, Tripleplay has been selected for use in Cardiff Met Fitness, for a new and exciting platform for digital signage.

Cardiff Met University is working together with Scotia UK, Tripleplay and HydraChill on an innovative and fresh approach to digital signage.  Cardiff Met is using embedded Digital Signage screens to advertise and portray key messages to students, staff and visitors as they dispense chilled, filtered water from the water unit or simply as they walk by.

Adele Thornton, Sales Executive at Tripleplay explained, “We are very excited about the HydraChill project and the uptake from Cardiff Met University who are the first University in the country to implement the solution. It is an exciting and new way to use digital signage and allows the university to push their desired content, while also using it as a source of income.

“Our partner Scotia UK, has built the solution around both digital signage and touch screen displays which allows students, staff & visitors to walk up to the screen and interact with it to find out more information.

“We have been working on this project with Scotia UK, who has been an excellent partner, adding great value to the proof of concept pilot, going above and beyond to assist the client and meet and exceed their needs.”

Tripleplay is a leading provider of IPTV, Digital Signage and Video Streaming solutions.
